1) Shipping is available within the Continental United States

2) All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless there is damage in transit.. If something is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 2 business days. Please save and photograph all packaging materials as well.

3) Most Orders are processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your order ships.

4) All images are edited to best match the true colors of each individual piece. Slight variances may occur.

5) Frames are chosen by the artist to compliment the painting. Therefore, Dress the Room is unable to swap out frames.

6) Once the package has shipped and the tracking number states it has been delivered to the shipping address provided on the order, Dress The Room is no longer responsible for the package unless damage has occurred.
